Payments may be made via bank transfer or through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Where payments are processed via Stripe, payment card details are collected and stored directly by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards and privacy practices. MELEK GUR LLC-FZ does not receive or store full payment card details.

Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of the agreed scope of services and these Terms.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching Services

Coaching services are personalised and time-based. As such:

• Refunds are not automatic
• Cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable materials and programmes, are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
